conference. The certificate will reflect 20 clock hours of participation.

range of state standards. While we cannot guarantee specific approval in every state,
the certificate of participation demonstrates your commitment to professional
development and may be eligible for credit in accordance with your state's regulations.

What is the difference between the Born To Lead and the Born To Teach track?
Leader Track: Designed for childcare center owners, directors, assistant
directors, administrators, and supervisors. Focuses on leadership development,

management strategies, regulatory compliance, financial management, scaling
the business, best practices in organizational leadership and so much more.
Teacher Track: Tailored for educators, caregivers, curriculum coordinators and
teaching staff. Emphasizes curriculum development, classroom management
techniques, child development, social & emotional development, hands-on
teaching strategies and so much more.
Both tracks offer over 12 specialized sessions and workshops to meet the unique needs
and interests of childcare professionals at different levels of responsibility within their
organizations.
